The Next step
We will guide you through the next step of the listing process. We will send you a confirmation email reconfirming all the property details along with what client due diligence documentation we require. In preparation for marketing your property, we will arrange professional photography, floor plans, and an EPC (energy performance certificate) if applicable. We will then list your property in our CRM to contact the potential buyers on our database. We will launch your property on web portals and any other PR opportunities.
What due diligence do vendors need to provide?
Before we can market your property, we are required to obtain certain identity documents such as an identity card, passport or driving licence as well as proof of address, this can be a utility bill issued the last three months or bank statement. A driving licence cannot be used to satisfy both ID and proof of address. We will need further information if the sale involves a power of attorney, a company sale, or trustees.
