Born in Malta to a Maltese father and a Lebanese mother, Sara Grech brings a distinctly international perspective to business, shaped by her multicultural upbringing and global education. Having studied in the UK from a young age, later relocating to New Orleans and then San Francisco, Sara developed a deep appreciation for people, cultures, and service excellence.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of San Francisco, a discipline that laid the foundation for her expertise in client relations, service delivery, and operational excellence. In 1985, upon returning to Malta, she founded Sara Grech Real Estate, driven by a vision to introduce a more professional, client centric, and internationally minded approach to the local property market.

To further strengthen her strategic leadership capabilities, Sara obtained a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Maastricht in 2004. Her expertise lies in strategic growth, market positioning, relationship management, and long term value creation, underpinned by nearly four decades of hands-on industry experience.

As Founder, Sara combines strategic insight with a strong understanding of people, cultures, and lifestyle driven real estate. Her international exposure, academic background, and entrepreneurial mindset have been instrumental in establishing Sara Grech Real Estate as a trusted and forward-thinking brand.

Outside of her professional life, Sara values family, travel, and cultural exploration, interests that continue to inform her inclusive leadership style and her ability to connect authentically with clients from diverse backgrounds.
